"Disconnected" note and lack of access to rooms in the chat.

I'm using a Win on a laptop, and yeah, the site seems to be functional on a mobile device (Android, latest update). However, on a laptop, changing of browsers and attempts to log-in as a guest do not affect anything, neither does using phone and cell data as wifi source. The bug's buggin' along.
 
Got this today from a new malware extension I added after all of this started.

Have you been able to get into the rooms, though?
 
I sign in to chat but rooms don't show and in preferences it says I am disconected but forum etc works. Just dont get chatrooms loading. Any help please?
 
Yeah I can't get in either. I was using the chat fine last week and come probably Friday, it stopped working. I can get into the chat, but I can't actually join any of the rooms. I see the number of users, but unable to actually see any names or join the room.
 
been like 4 or 5 days now since cant get on havent seen a single dev actually say theres an issue and i think thats a big problem to do with it other than not being able to get on though it was the weekend so hopefully an update or acknowledgement soon
 
Hi all,

is anyone else having an issue with getting into the room? I am logged in but it will now allow me to join any room. I've even tried hot spotting but still the same issue. I have cleared all cache and cleaned the system. I can login and get into a room using my phone but just not PC.

Hello, I've just had this issue today i looked into it and found it's a Anti-Virus issue it's blocking the site from doing live updates to show the chats and so on. If you want to you can tell your anti virus to ignore traffic from the site but with the nature of the site by all means there could be issues with doing so but yes not a site issue.
