Advice and Opinion Sex drive after vasectomy?

Just curious to hear from who have had the procedure...

No change here chief, if anything, made me want it more given the condom could go in the bin from a reproduction avoidance perspective. Needed a few days off work and the pain was fine on Panadol. One thing they won’t tell you is you occasionally get a day here and there where your balls just ache like you copped a knee to them a few minutes ago before it starts. Other than that, all good from my perspective. Hope that helps.

Nah, it doesn’t! But bear in mind that’s not the case for everyone, just my experience, and it’s more annoying type after shock ache on a level of discomfort than the initial first few minutes if that makes sense. Bearable but present. Good luck with your decision, hope I’ve helped inform it in some small way.

No issues regarding sex.

As above, it's a constant ache for the first week.

A lot less painful than 3am feeds though

Had mine done 25 years ago. Nothing changed as far as natural urges or performance.

I had swollen and black sack and walked like John Wayne for a week. Libido definitely not affected.
