Thoughts Share some good advice

When you feel emotionally unsteady, sit or lie down quietly and comfortably for a moment.

Ground yourself, feet on the floor or back on the bed. Listen to what is around you, whatever that may be. Be present in the moment.

Hold your hand on your stomach and take a deep breath. Hold it for a moment. Now breathe out slowly and feel the air leave your body.

Repeat this several times with your eyes closed. Making sure to fully exhale. And when you're ready, open your eyes again and check how you feel.
