Hey guy, the next time you do them have a spray bottle filled with water roll them into the long strands and then wet them slightly it will make it easier to hold the shape and they will be less likely to stick to your fingers

Floured a silicone mat...rolled em out, shaped dropped in boiling water with baking soda, baked , "buttered" salted and done...didn't have chunky sea salt though so just coarse
