Site Preferences should be stored at the account level

Currently, most of the preferences I set for the site is stored in the browser cookies except for the ignores. I would like all other preferences to be saved at the account level so that if I login from other browsers or from some other device I don't need to set it again.

I also want to know what is the URL for the new site login. Previously, I used to login to freechatnow.com/forum and then click the chat tab. That way I used to get into the chat without another login. The new site asks for login again after logining to forum.

Forum is older/different software and has no way to store preferences info for chat.
Chat is entirely different software which only validates registered profiles from forums.

Site is the same and all URL paths are the same.
Login into forum profile and into chat software are different events, so you're not logging into chat twice.

Chat software is still being worked on and there will be some larger updates bridging forums and chats closer (much as it was with old chat software).
