Make sure to clean it with rubbing alcohol before and use a water based lube like Surgilube (more lube the better). Don't force it down, it should slide down easily with minimal pressure. I was surprised how easily it went in my first time and had to wait before stroking because I was so turned on. This one the largest beads ranged from 4-8 mm and allows most of the cum out and they have some that are hollow with larger beads that allow the cum to come through.
