Strange reason for ban?

Hello,

I was happily chatting away yesterday afternoon on a quest account and then logged off with no issues. I have gone to log in today and with a guest username and have got the following message. Im not sure how this has happened as I am not underage nor have I been baiting and never have? I'm not sure how I would appeal the ban as I wasnt banned when I was actually using the chat room but somtime after I left

Ive actually just spoken to my wife who also uses the site. She said that she got a message from someone who she reported then got banned for baiting?
 
The same thing happened to me I am so scared. I reported someone and now I am banned for underage stuff
 
Same here.
I posted a bj pic not long after then i get banned.
I reported someone for being 16 in the younger for older room then boom apparently I'm distributing kiddy stuff.
I DO NOT do that.
This site needs a better policy check.
