Fast food is a bad thing too. Cortisol causes stress by not moving exercising doing tai chi or chi kung or something like that. And no ad hominem arguments.

Alright I'll leave it at that. And no ad hominem.The thread is called "Stress and diet" in no way did I see a limitation to "fiber" in your premise, or thread title. I did read the article. I thought the thread was about "Stress" and how diet could be involved.
