Stuck at loading screen.

Can anyone please explain to me why I am stuck on the loading screen that says “welcome to FreeChatNow please stand by as we prepare the chat” it’s been loading for ages so hopefully I can get some answers, it may be my device being old but I’m not sure because it worked fine yesterday.
 
Still an issue? Which device? Software? Browser? OS?

Its still an issue yes, IOS software, Google/Safari the device is an iPad. My iPad was working fine before the server restart on Saturday but for some reason it doesn’t work on it anymore, my phone and laptop still works though.

  1. Are you in WiFi or cellular? Try both.
  2. Clear cookies and website data for FCN in those browsers. Do not revisit FCN.
  3. Close the browser. Do not re-open the browser.
  4. Restart the device(s).
  5. Do not use VPN, private mode or iCloud relay.
  6. Try chat again.

See if that resolves your issue.
 
Thank you for the suggestion I’ll try those out just in case. But I haven’t done anything to cause an issue, it could be my iPad being old but I’ll try it out soon to see if my iPad works again, I’m always on WiFi I have no VPN, I have restarted my device before but still no change for my iPad, I’ll still double check though to be sure.
 
Well I’ve done what was suggested on my iPad device but same result, not sure if there’s some other issue I’m not aware about but I’ve done nothing wrong to my knowledge it’s just stuck on the loading screen seems like I can log in just fine but after signing into my account for the chat it’s just stuck at the bit before I can see the chat.
 
The upload file is too large too upload.

But I can try to describe it, I sign into my account and it loads it says “Welcome to FreeChatNow” and below that it says “Please stand by as we prepare the chat” and underneath that is the buffering circle which goes on continuously.
 
I have cleared my data and settings on my iPad settings for safari I’ve done it once already and still the same.
 
Try one more time. If that doesn't work, you'll have to use the device which it works on. We don't have a solution at this time. Try maybe updating your device to the latest software.
 
The device that’s stuck on the loading screen is an iPad, an old one at that it’s on IOS 12.5.7 there’s been no software updates since then so it’s quite old which may be the problem I’m not sure, I’ll try sort out the settings again (and post an update) and if it doesn’t work I’ll use the ones that work. Thank you for the help anyway it’s much appreciated.
 
It sounds like it wouldn't work with OS so old. Many things have changed in security and web browser standards, as well as HTML / JavaScript.
 
My phone and laptop are more up to date than my iPad but the site worked fine on Christmas Eve for the iPad but after that server restart it hasn’t worked since maybe that’s something to do with it, could be wrong I just got so confused because it was all fine. I guess I just needed some clarification, thanks again.
 
There were a few big chat software updates on / around Christmas day. That likely rendered older software devices incompatible as the mic feature probably needed better, newer standards.
 
I see, that makes more sense when thinking about it. Oh well if that’s the case I’ll just use the ones that work, I’ll try a couple more times to see if anything happens but now I’m not as worried as before. Again thanks for the help and sorry for being a pain.
 
I have put a screenshot of my issue using that link just in case if the issue can be resolved but if it can’t be resolved that’s fine.
