Complaint Stuck on agree and chat

Had alot of internet issues of late modem constantly cutting out or the ethernet cord straight up refusing to be recognised. Which results in me getting a short temp ban for VPN as annoying as it is that makes sense. However had a really bad episode tonight where the modem itself wouldn't realise it was connected and since then anytime I try to login I get stuck on the agree and chat page. I tick the box to confirm I'm over 18 and click on agree and chat and nothing will happen. Currently unsure if I'm banned or otherwise.

(No I don't have nor use a VPN)

Tried restarting modem and device. Clearing browsing data, cache and cookies. Using another device and leaving it be for a couple hours to see if it would fix itself. Sorta at a loss and would appreciate some help qwq
 
I'm getting the same issue too using Chrome on mobile - it works when I login using a guest account but when I use my actual account it doesn't let me login at all.
 
Hi there. I am having the same issue, i logged in normally this morning, and now when i am trying to log in, i can't get past agree and chat, the button simply doesn't work. i tried clearing the cache and cookies, even used a browser i never used before, cleanly, and nothing. any help?
 
Oh, if this helps in any way. It might be a bug with the site, because i opened the console on my browser and it gives this:
An invalid form control with name='birthdate' is not focusable. So it might be something wrong with that field, if anyone wants to check that.
 
Having the same issue. "Agree and chat" button does nothing. Tried logging out of forum profile and back in as suggested - did nothing
 
Need better information from EVERYBODY:
Type of device, version/model.
OS version.
Browser versions.
Exact connection types.
What exactly have you tried troubleshooting.
Etc.

There are countless of people with countless different devices, with combinations of browsers, OS versions and other factors.

Developers need to have a better idea where to start looking.

Browser Versions. Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, OperaGX.
Exact connection types. Both 5ghz Wi-Fi and cellular connection
What exactly have you tried troubleshooting. Login/logout, alternate account creation to see if it's unique to my account, guest login attempted (successful), cache clear on multiple attempts.

Theory: ads appear on the initial choice of what room you go into - in the past it was on T&C agreement then when you go into the site itself. Maybe something went wrong with ad popups?
 
Having the same issue on both my iPad (Safari) and laptop (Google Chrome).
Can log in as guest with no problem but not using my members login.
 
Is everyone selecting Agree check box? The design has changed and the pop-up indicating that it hasn't been checked has changed.
