Make 2 fists in front of you, palms facing each other like you're gonna clap, but you can't because your hands are in fist mode... unless you don't have 2 hands, then skip along to the next response. Put your left thumb up and your right index finger straight out. Now switch at the same time - left index finger out & thumb down, right thumb up and index finger in. Then go back - left thumb up, right finger out. Back & forth. Crazy confusing, no? I can do that without blinking an eye, as fast as my fingers will allow.
