I think that's what they are called.
Either way, I understand the need to advertise rooms and such, however they are very intrusive when they pop up in private messages. Especially when there are like 5-10 within a 10 minute timespan.
It ruins the flow of private conversations and it would be nice if they can be limited to just the main rooms. I am sure lots of people would appreciate this too.
