Although I toured when I was younger now, I don't even like to take vacations because I have an amazing place and it needs a lot of work to keep everything up. Which I enjoyed doing but is hard to do by yourself when it is 5 acres. And 3 buildings.

A 100-year-old 30 room mansion that the roof leaked and the walls and floors are rotten. And no, @Stanthropical you cant take it and sell it. You must Take it or leave it as is.
 
Take it, seasonally turn it into a haunted house, epic paintball battle house, rent it for horror movie shoots and eventually rent it to a movie shoot which includes a fire burning it dune to the ground (with an agreement that they will demolish the remains and wipe the plot clean of building remains). Then, sell the land so they could put up your favorite junk food joint, strip joint and a bowling alley with an epic pinball machine hall with enough space for 200 of them.

Your nose replaced with a laser cannon. It functions as before otherwise.

Stay on the beach (just you, a few necessities , sand, ocean and sea critters) for a week.

My work commute is less than 15 minutes so ok

Free groceries for a year but I do the shopping (= my choice of what to buy)
