Take it - used to go for work quite often and always a thrill.
Dinner at a local shrimp place afterward
 
I don't know Flanigan's but I do like nachos, so take it

a pound of peel 'n' eat shrimp with cocktail sauce
 
Leave it. I will not be a slave to data and code that's some two years outdated and I wouldn't pay for up-to-date dumbassness which isn't in sync with weather, my moods, my sleep patterns, incidentals, chores, etc...

Four Car garage with a full garden on top and some chill space.
 
take it, I would just need to decide what to do with the extra garage space.

you can no longer have your favorite dessert, but every other dessert tastes the same and is 50 calories per serving
