Too many variables here. Do I have to milk Tony to get my dairy goods? And, you say it’s a dude, so is it a bull? Or a dairy cow (female) identifying as a dude called Tony? Or does Tony have human form of a man, but identifies as a dairy cow?

You never have to pay for parking again, but you can only ever park for a maximum of 1 hour. You can return to your vehicle and move it to a new spot and you have another hour (as many times as you wish).
 
I could probably deal with that. The chances of getting caught and fined would probably be worth it after the free first hour.
