Sailfish is considered by scientists to be the fastest swimming marine creature in the world, though not all experts agree. This fish, with its super long and sharp bill, has been clocked travelling in excess of 68 mph.
So much WOAH in the natural world!!
Thus creature is so unique! I wonder how many exist...
I got the name wrong - Maned Wolf - yeah it is a unique creature, though in limited numbers in South America both in wild and captivity.
A Tree struck by lightning, alive and burning inside - like many of us.
There is a Dunkleosteus skull in the museum not too far from me. It's skull is about the size of a washing machine. One of the earliest shark species in our Earth's history.

So Siberia has been having some strange times
Last spring, forest fires enveloped an area larger than Greece, causing $100 million in damage. The fires emitted more carbon dioxide in June alone than Sweden does in an entire year.
Then, as those fires were raging, a cyclone struck the Irkutsk region, triggering what scientists said were the worst floods in the area in 180 years.
Now, melting permafrost is believed to have caused one of the worst oil spills in Arctic history, after a diesel fuel reservoir at a power plant outside the Krasnoyarsk region city of Norilsk collapsed last Friday, it released about 20,000 tons of diesel, turning a nearby river burnt red.
