That is something

@PheonixxxMonroe - The Methusula tree is a hidden-open secret. It is located in California in open forest land, however, it's exact location is never shared. It is kept really secret so that no one harms it.

That wave is brilliant

Good cause I actually had pretty in depth thoughts about how sacred and protected it should be ... so many nutters out there!

Also ... I took some pics of rainbows (outdoor fire cooking oily-ness meets rain induced colourful photo shoot! They're not AS amazing as this but I was amazed ... I'll find and share them here at some stage :)) I take so many random pics and have so many that I forget to post. I could probably post in photo game thread for a solid 2 years without needing to take any more pics for all the stuff I have in my phone gallery!

@PheonixxxMonroe - I spend minimum 30-40mins a day to know/see/hear something new. This is a personal commitment I have been following for over 4-5 years. So random news, sounds, images keep floating around. I learnt about Methusula during one of such random drifting. And my first thought was exactly the same, "this is too precious to be just left on the ground". That's when I learnt it was a guarded secret, phew.

I hardly capture but don't hold yourself from sharing anything from your Lens.

@Minnie79 - Old photographs have such charm.

@CrystalMarker CM Lady is back :)

Today I learnt - Magpie birds considered super intelligent, and they "talk" a lot. So people use to say "gossiping like a magpie". Magpie in Italian is called Gazza. Thus a place where loads of gossips were getting collected was referred to as "Gazzette"

@CrystalMarker - he is not a frog, he is ninja-frog :D
@PheonixxxMonroe awesome

A Fun fact - The word "Solid" in Greek is "stereós".

So when a lot of printing was done via Solid moulds, it was called Stereo-typing. (As in the stencils behind the paper/textile were solid blocks). The sound of the brush that moved over the paper to push it to these Solid-Stencils use to make was like cliche-cliche-cliche-cliche.

Hence strangely Stereotyping gave birth to the first cliche

@PheonixxxMonroe you could make individual frames of various sizes and make a random collage on the wall. ..

This looks awesome.

Since ancient times there is a concept called Storm-Oil. Oil was slowly leaked out of the boat. The leaked oil has a damping effect on the water, also oil forms a thin layer over a large expanse of the surface of the water. This prevents wind from being able to get traction along the water and thus waves cannot form as easily.

Funny you should say that because I thought the same thing!!

@PheonixxxMonroe The way you had placed them, adding on that Asymmetrical bit of randomness... would look quite cool. I don't know if they could be screen printed like on silk or something to make them look extra exotic.

Oh thanks! :) My creative mind was ticking as to how they could end up on my wall too! You can have canvases made using ypur own pics. Not sure how big I could print them without pixelation becoming an issue.
