As a starter for 10 ...

... I wake up, is to check the time on my fitbit.

Primarily because I generally get woken by the cat .... learned my lesson after going into autopilot a number of times and getting up before realising it was actually 3 am. Bloody cat.

First thing I do in the morning is lay in bed and trying to get myself up so I can go and take my daily medicines and vitamins. I need my anti-nausea patch and medicine so by the time I'm ready to eat the nausea has eased.
