I am now curious how that matters for a role play and what the relevance is. Is the person saying, they don't want players who are attempting to role play when the boss isn't looking? The answer is probably obvious to many but for the life of me, I can't see it.

I've not done role play so my understanding of NSFW RP is they want extremely detailed cyber sex.

Unless of course they want to make a story in company time which is usually misuse of company computers and involves being taken down the disciplinary route. But they could be making a Dungeon and Dragons game and they've got writers block and are really looking for fresh ideas. The scenarios are endless!
