Okay I have a question.
I know I could look this up online but I'm interested in others thoughts.

What is the difference, if any, between hand moisturizer and all body moisturizer?

Personally I don't see what the difference is. I've been using hand only moisturizers on all parts of my body, and it hasn't done any harm.

The short answer is there is a difference and you probably shouldn't do it, hand moisturizer lacks SPF so if you use it on your face is won't protect you from the sun. It's not recommended if you have sensitive skin because a lot of body/hand moisturizer isn't for sensitive skin, and you need a special type for it. Properties meant for the face won't work for the hands/body in the same way. Hand lotion also can block your pores and be thicker because it's meant to survive several hand washings a day. Moisturizer for the body/hands are probably okay to use. But you need something that's meant for your face on your face.

Ok... Going out On a huge limb here. TBH I didn't know this place existed until I saw the thread on @Silver-Smile postings list, while looking for a post she wanted me to read.

So... I really need some advice on things like make-up and products and well stuff. I have never used any before, and I have been told I should pamper myself to help build my self confidence, but have zero idea where to even start.
Thank you in advance.

What specifically are you looking for? I think the best idea is to go into a makeup store (like a sephora or ulta, something similar if you're not in the US) and ask someone to help you find some general products, match your skin tone, and let you try on stuff before you buy. I can sit here and recommend things I like (but it also depends on your budget and what style you wanna go for) I personally like a lot of colorful eye shadows and wear loud make up where as most people tend to go for natural make up (with a bold lip color) if that's out of your budget. I recommend trying drug store products (because they are cheaper) and you can experiment with things before committing to something more expensive. I really like Nyx cosmetics, they are higher end for drug store and their products are fabulous. You could also google "best drug store foundations" and get a list for ideas to try and then look up a youtube review for said product. I think drug store has come a long way and everything there is just on par with more expensive products.

As for applying makeup, I learned how to do my makeup from watching youtube videos. There are a lot of tutorials out there, but I recommend watching someone do a product review because they do their entire face and show you different products so you can get an idea. I personally like this video as it was very informative and helpful for brows, eyeshadow and eyeliner

If you had specific questions, I can try to help better.

"During depression the world disappears. Language itself. One has nothing to say. Nothing. No small talk, no anecdotes. Nothing can be risked on the board of talk. Because the inner voice is so urgent in its own discourse: How shall I live? How shall I manage the future? Why should I go on?"

"Depression is the overwhelming sense of numbness and the desire for anything that can help you make it from one day to the next."

“People think depression is sadness. People think depression is crying. People think depression is dressing in black. But people are wrong. Depression is a constant feeling of being numb. Being numb to emotions, being numb to life. You wake up in the morning just to go back to bed again.”
