Feedback - General the main issues (size, arrangement, reductive UI/UX, etc)

The community has spoken so many times on this - the main issues (size, arrangement, reductive UI/UX, etc) that come up in all these threads still aren't being addressed, and neither is the bigger point that the old chat works perfectly fine. The numbers between the two should show you that. Coupled with the fact that you archive feedback to 'complaint' threads which you clearly do not engage with, and it suggests that what you really want to do is monetise your platform m0re, when it's obvious that the new site is allowing you to add more pop ups.

Need detailed feedback, not "I don't like this and I'll give you no reason."

There's an appropriate forum for New Chat Software feeeback—an announcement thread isn't it and developers will find it difficult to sift through. Replies in previous announcement thread which were found to be useful to developers were relocated accordingly and brought to attention of developers. Replies of such value will be moved again and developers will be notified.

There have been numerous revamps, updates and bug resolutions since the time only new chat was running—all a result of feedback.

Biggest and best feedback you have here is that it's clear that less people are engaging with new chat even when you force it, like right now. I'm sure your data shows what the rest of us can see simply by comparing people numbers in the rooms. Also, I'd advise you to do some comparisons with the traffic on the other big chat sites during this time - it's clear that they're seeing a bump in visitors due to people leaving FCN (you can also see this pattern whenever your site goes down for any reason). Your reply also pointedly avoids the fact that nobody asked for a revamp, and certainly nobody is asking for the increase in pop-up ads that you've built into the new site.

Just FYI, I'm not replying to these threads just to kill time, I'm doing it because I genuinely like FCN and I care about what happens to it, I don't want to see it become a ghost town.
