Progress is such a hard term to define... your body makes sequential changes as you work out, some noticable some never show... I use a metric that goes... sight... comfort ....feel...

Sight... do I look different
Comfort... am I moving/lifting easier at similar load
Feel... do I feel tight, do I feel strong, do I feel good

Your looking good to me!!!
