The site's server doesn't account for phone pictures

Almost every thing I uploaded to the site is "too large". Wouldn't a large portion of users access this site from their phone, and post pictures as well? That's one problem I have with the site. Can a new update allow for larger files to be uploaded?

Is this a chat problem or a forum problem? You're posting in New Chat Software forum.

File upload limit is 1mb / 1024kb. If you reduce them before uploading, they'll upload just fine. Most users are on mobile devices.

iOS devices permit resizing while uploading via Options. Not sure about Android devices.

Try a image resize/crop app You just share the image with the app before upload. I use the open source apk Imagepipe
