For lack of a better title.... what's going on around you? If you close your eyes, what do you hear? Btw this is a great grounding exercise

Here we go....
I hear pots & pans clanging in the kitchen
my sons talking
feet thumping up & down the stairs, doors opening & closing

Daughter and her friend watching Zombieland. And constant tinitus. Always ringing.

I can hear rain tapping on the gutter outside the house.

And, I can hear the mumbling of a tv coming from one of the upstairs rooms.
