I mostly use RP chat, so I'll keep it generally short:
Out of a subjective gripe, I don't really like the appearance of the new chat, old chat's more bubbly nature was a lot more lively than a regular boxy, corperate style that companies do to their symbols and logos.
Other issues I mostly had, and some I discussed with some friends here from old chat was that the introduction to guests able to have icons make the chat filled with spam paragraphs half the time, ignoring them is near impossible since there's so many of these guests. PMs are downright impossible for somebody like me who misses very tiny details to see, meaning PMs are almost impossible to respond to. And my least favourite so far is the fact that, by default, you can see EVERY. SINGLE. LEAVE AND JOIN. Including guests, not to mention that images are not collapsed by default as well so people can just clutter the chat up further in addition with these long paragraphs.
