I'm hard on myself as well, so I know where you are coming from somewhat even though I can't say I know exactly how you feel. I've taken several pictures of myself and I'm like nope, no way I'm going to post it. Seeing you and others post helps out.

Its easy to do that. We are all guilty of it. We are quick to say to others but we all have our own hang ups. It’s nice to be nice. Costs nothing to do so. You’re worth it as we all are
