Not sure I’d fit on a single screen lol, even if I were brave enough to post

I am sure that's an exaggeration Chappie my dude. I am almost certain you're not bigger than me, however this is a challenge by choice situation. I want you to feel comfortable posting here. If you dont, that's cool. I just want people to be good with themselves and have there be an opportunity to show people that they are appreciated for who they are. <3

Ooooo I like this thread! I hope others come outta their shells!!

This thread makes me think of this song lol

Kudos my friend!!! Body image and comfort within ones self are truely huge issues... acceptance by others for being you can be wearisome. Theres also people with body dismorphia issues who are never happy with what they see in the mirror regardless of their body... i hope this gives others the comfort you've shown... you're truely a great guy, id hang with you

Thank you OGR. I really appreciate that. I'd hang with you too.

Fist off great idea for a thread cali but i am stickin to my hats beard and tats lol. i think @Countygal is the only one crazy enough to truly want to see ALL of this :p. Also may suffer from some of what @Oldgymrat was talking about above "body dismentia" o_O:). through life i have been 190 military trim and fit, 240 to 250 with a 36 inch waist buff, and now, well now there is this lol, and i have never been happy with me physically.

Second, and mean this in the nicest way possible, I am a fan of you be you no matter what you happens to be, and I am probably going to be crucified for this post, but seriously how damn long is this acronym gonna get before we have to have bathrooms for mystical creatures and other things you want to identify as . maybe i am just simple but i see it as GG&SIB (Guys Gals & something in between). I mean lesbian / gay is still simple as male female they just happen to be into the the same sex vs. the opposite, and then you have those who are working there way from one to the other and there is nothing wrong with that either but they still identify as male or female depending on the situation, but ......... i don't care if you identify as a freaking unicorn you still have to pick male or female Unicorn. I guess unless your a robot ..... a robot is unisex i spose :). Bottom line, in my simple brain is, People are People no matter what their race or sexual orientation is, and whether or not they want to identify as a unicorn or a toaster is their business, but this whole new thing about putting labels on everyone i just do not understand. Whether your a gay white guy, a straight asian girl, a transexual peruvian, or whatever I think if we just looked at each other as people instead of having to label everyone to single them out as different the world would be a happier place. The End

Sorry for hijacking your thread and thinking out loud. I will let this thread get back to its regularly scheduled programming, and i guess since i hijacked the thread i will keep the thread going so here you go, a rare pic of more than just a wee lil piece of me. Now we will see how long my conscience lets me keep it up here lol.

I see what you mean, but it isn't about how we label others, it is more about being inclusive of how people want to identify themselves.

I think it is easy for me, a cis-gender, straight white male to be dismissive of someone who may not feel the way that they physically look, but I'm not about easy. And to the point of seeing people as people, while it is nice in theory, for some people they want to be seen and taken seriously as how they see themselves. I see "people as people" the same way I see "I am colorblind", at that point you appear to be erasing who they want to be seen as so you don't have to wrap your head around a binary or a system you have been used to your whole life.

Identity is important to a lot of people, especially to those who have never had control of how they are perceived by others.

Inclusivity is important to me, and wanted to make clear that all are welcome in my thread.

P.s. the acronym has been quite long, for a long time, that's why the "+" is there.

Thank you for contributing and I hope you continue to with an open mind. :)
