My ridiculous mind ….if I have questions and things I need to say but can’t get them said quick enough my mind answers them and makes things up which gets me in a right state…it’s like I’ve made up a scenario in my head and then it’s like it’s really happened …oh that probably doesn’t make sense at all lol
