When someone has been told something multiple times but they don't listen, and their actions/behaviors hurt people. It's obvious to everyone around them what's going on and they're living in denial because that's all they know. Furthermore it's annoying when they act like they're not just free of any blame, but that the problem is really with you. And Hey! Let's all get together for a fucking family gathering while we're at it and pretend that everything is normal and happy Fuck you. I need therapy now.
