People who think a person's age is important.
Because it's personal information. I don't (and never have) understood why someone who hardly knows me needs to know my age. If someone really wants to know my age, then they can get to know me. Otherwise, why is it so critical to know what someone's age is? I value many factors above age in determining if I'll interact/talk to a person.
Disclaimer: The only important thing regarding age is someone being old enough to legally be here. Otherwise, I couldn't care less what a person's age is here.

When you look at my profile it shows I’m over a hundred. Which clearly I’m not. But when I started in chat as a guest I used my real age and got way too many mommy pms so when I joined I put an age that was totally unbelievable.. if people look further they see my real age in my info. So sometimes there are reasons behind it

The generation who know and love Pink Floyd (and many many other artists) have their albums. They don't have to search on Google for it. Kids nowadays don't appreciate good music, because they are being fed with really bad, meaningless crap. I am sure YouTube will show Pink Floyd as first. At least, that is if you manage to type Pink Floyd before the first commercial shows up.
