Angry customers -- and supervisors who tell me not to take it personally. I'm pretty sure if someone decked me it would hurt whether I took it personally or not.
 
The supervisor's are generally to busy to micromanage . . . or to be leaders instead of managers. As long as we do what we are supposed to, we are generally left alone.

I do work from home, so my contact with supervisors is through web based chat programs. Working from home does have its advantages, but among the downsides is that it can leave one feeling isolated.
