So sad. But have seen so many reports on it now. People will record the incident but not call.
People have no morals anymore.

Yeah that’s true, I just couldn’t do that. I would not be able to stop myself from intervening. I have to say that recently though the whole camera phone phenomenon seems to be that people would rather film then help.
