Chamomile, but I really prefer rooibos, or something. Or mix them. Peppermint smell is too invigorating.

Warm mist or cool mist humidifier?
 
Cool mist, although I used to like the warm one while sick. They’re hard to find now.

Wood burning or gas fireplace
