Thoughts Tip of the day

To reduce stress/anxiety I find it very helpful to sit outside in nature (I don't live in a busy loud city), close my eyes and listen. How many different sounds do I hear? What are they? Fully take it all in, deep breaths. Hopefully you can smell good things lol... Flowers, trees, fresh air, etc. Just five minutes every morning is a natural stress reducer :)
 
Yes, indeed. And may I add one must never attempt to sail the high seas in a v neck shirt.
 
Make sure when you are meeting someone from FCN for the first time to play it safe & bring breath freshener
