So the plumber will be here tomorrow at 8am. Now, I just moved in and my landlord is pretty sexy/cute but short (minor detail). Anyway, I've had a few issues here since moving in. The electrician was here and he was kind of hot. Had some thoughts about him, if you know what I mean ;) so, the plumber is coming and I'm seriously fantasizing about either materbating so i am there but cant see or just even being down right forward?! Prob not a good idea is I'm a renter???
 
I’d say go for it. As a plumber, I’m sure he’s just waiting for the day a hot customer comes on to him. You might just end up fulfilling his fantasy :)

Oh Heidi you sexy thing, to have your problems! Believe me when I say that the plumber is NOT going to have a problem with either scenario and this isn't going to affect your lease in the slightest. But I suggest getting "caught" masturbating and let him take it from there... being forward could possibly lead to an uncomfortable let down should he be married or gay, and at least if you masturbate you can fantasize that it was his big wrench that did the trick.
