The closest ive ever got to getting any attention off a customer, is a finger down the crack of my ass, while I was bent down trying to fix her stairlift. It didnt make my day at the time ha. The worst part is that we're supposed to report any contact like that from the customer, in case of issues further down the line, but I was so embarrassed about it, I never told anyone. And because im quite a big guy, im usually scary to the customers, with them being freil. But when I had to call back there a few weeks later, I tucked in my tshirt and jumper into my trousers, tightened my belt up around my chest, and put my fleece over the top, and kept one eye on the old dear the entire time I was there.
