Trouble uploading pictures

ive tried uploading pictures from my phone but I get an error message that the file is too large. I can add photos to my avatar but not a message. Any suggestions? Thank you in advance.....

You're going to have to figure out how to reduce dimensions (which will reduce data size) of your images.

Reducing them to 800-500 pixels wide for forum is desired.

Search the Internet for directions on your device.

Yeah for phone images a screenshot of the actual image reduc s it enough.
