Zero truth to that.

False. Honey is just sugar. Hardly healthy.

Honey is a brown, sticky, sugar-saturated solution made by bees. Health benefits of eating a spoonful of honey everyday include diabetes management, cancer management, better heart health, and other benefits.Jun

Just re-read this:

"Honey is a brown, sticky, sugar-saturated solution made by bees. Health benefits of eating a spoonful of honey everyday include diabetes management, cancer management, better heart health, and other benefits.Jun" #junkscience

You'd need to eat a pound of honey daily to realize any benefits from the minuscule micronutrients in the honey, but you'd suffer from the sugar overload in ways which will feed cancer, overload the heart and spin diabetes out of control.

"Honey is approximately 40% fructose, 30% glucose and 17% water, with the remainder being other sugars, carbohydrates and a small amount of vitamins and minerals."

A nasty hot dog has a better nutrient profile despite all the junk in it, just like the sugar in honey. Over 80% of honey is just sugar and remainder is mostly water. #actualscience

False. I never go to depths of the ocean.

Incorrect. In the morning, your liver dumps a bunch of sugar into your blood stream so you have energy to move. Your blood sugar spikes just from you waking from sleep. More sugar/carbs is the last thing you need. Eat protein and fats in the morning to elevate metabolism.

Improves your digestive system.
How? It's just fructose and glucose. Pretty much 100% sugar substance, not counting the water. You're feeding the bad bacteria in your digestive system with sugar.
Protects against bacterial and viral infections.
Last time I checked, honey can contain bacteria and sugar is a magnet for viruses/bacteria.
Reduces allergic reactions.
Honey itself is an allergen, full of pollen and potentially bacteria.
Flushes out toxins from the body.
Your liver and kidneys, as well as sweat action flushes toxins. Sugar overload is toxic.
Hydrates the body.
How does sugar hydrate the body?

I hope you're not paying for pseudoscience.
