True and false? I prioritize what I need to feel good. I may not be a macro/micro nutritionist like some people... but I know what I like and need to feel good. I dont prioritize anything in my mind, other than, what is necessary.

and Stan, you're aware but refuse to accept the fact that you can get curdled ("fermented") milk from other non animal species or you dont like it...so, feel free to go suck on a goat/cow tit, to get your milk fresh and unpasteurized from the source.
