Unable to authenticate.

Attempting to log into chat with my account. I can log into the forum just fine. When trying to sign into chat I receive an 'unable to authenticate' error message. I double checked made sure username and password were correct.

Same problem. Any luck?
 
We are aware that some users are experiencing difficulties accessing chat. We are actively working on a solution and appreciate your patience. In the meantime, logging in as a guest user instead of using your registered account should allow you to access chat. Thank you.
 
Try logging out of the forum profile, closing the browser, then logging back in.

If that doesn't work, try clearing cookies.

You should rig an all out alert, Lovely Lady! I can't imagine filtering all this. Lol Peace be with you. Hahaha ;):rolleyes:
 
Yes, I thought it was finally solved, the issue however remains
 
Hmmmm still have the problem a week ago, it was good for 2 days then again, unable to authenticate
 
We’re aware some users are having difficulty accessing chat still. Below are some temporary workarounds which may help you access FCN chat:
  1. Try continuously pressing the "Log in" button after receiving the initial "Unable to authenticate" message. You may find that after several attempts, you gain access to chat.

  2. Log out of the forum, log in as a guest, log out again, and then sign in to your account. This may help resolve any authentication issues.

  3. Clear your web browser cookies and data for freechatnow.com, close the browser, reopen it, and log back into the forum. Then, try to log into chat again.

  4. Alternatively, you can try accessing chat under a guest account instead of logging in with your registered account.
We're working to resolve the underlying issue as soon as possible. In the meantime, these temporary workarounds may help you get back to chatting with us.
