Unable to Authenticate

I'm able to log into the forums fine, but getting into the actual chat rooms it just says that it cannot authenticate. I've tried two browsers and clearing cookies but no luck.

The same goes for me. Tried different browsers, and I get the same "unable to authenticate" message. Any ideas?

We are aware of the issue and are working on a permanent fix

There was a hotfix by sysadmin at around 2100 GMT.
Things are expected to be back to normal at this time.

Please post in one place if this particular issue resurfaces.
