I am getting alert messages that state the pic files im trying to upload are too big... do i need to resize them. Crop them?

Quickest way to resize is to bring up your photo on the phone, snap the screen and the resulting screenshot should be a small file. Needs to be under 1024kb.

I run all my pictures through a meme making app, i just don't add any text to them. They will always upload on this site after that.
