Viewing Cams

Cams haven't worked in the old chat for some time and people even gave up trying to show them.......I was hoping i could view them in the new software but i am having issues. On a couple of occasions, someone accepted my request to view, but all I got was a blank gray screen. Is it still a bug being worked out or is there something else I need to do to view? Your assistance will be greatly appreciated!

New chat software is currently in test phase. Hence, the existence of forums for reporting issues so that various malfunction data could be collected. With all of the device and software variety out there, it's very difficult for developers to pinpoint the culprit to a specific or a unique issue.

In order to start tracking down and tackling a bug, developers may need some or all of the following information:

Are you logged in or using Guest mode?
What sort of device?
Model of device?
Version of device?
OS version of device?
Type of browser?
Version of browser?
Are you on cellular data, WiFi, home ISP or VPN?
Third party software handling any security, network or intervals devices?

As always, first step to start attempting to resolve an issue is to update all possible software and restart your device.
