Protein powder as soon as you wake up, during and after a workout and when you go to sleep. For muscle growth and recovery.

Multivitamin and green super food blend in the morning. The super food blend is powdered leafy vegetables. Kale, wheatgrass, spinach, barley grass, spirulina, etc. It's good for detoxing and immunity boosting. The multivitamin is a basic A to Z vitamin.

Vitamin C may be excessive, since I'm already taking multivitamins, but it's a natural stimulant and immunity booster.
