What's wrong with your DOB? You have an option to hide it.

I believe the issue is, the site can't add up.

Your displayed age is always off by a year if you enter your correct birth year.

I fudged my birth year to make my age display correctly.

People look at a person's age whereas no one looks at the DOB.
