I've wanted to try waxing my bikini area but I've been anxious to. When I want to remove hair down there I typically either shave or trim, never attempted waxing.
I remember in my early teens I attempted to remove underarm hair through plucking and my skin ended up reacting negatively to this after a few days passed, so I just never bothered pulling hairs from sensitive areas ever again. I used to use wax on non-sensitive areas before quitting the method as I just found myself unsatisfied with the results, and much more happier with shaving.
I mentioned to a sexting buddy that I'm considering trying waxing at home, to which they replied "ouch" and gave advise that it's best I get it done by a professional first if I'm concerned about fucking up/negative reactions. But I just can't afford that, I'm a broke bitch!
I have a wax strip kit by "Glee"... an adorable pink box with 24 wax strips and 8 wipes... still hesitant to try.
