Complaint Website Issue

I know it isn't an issue with my internet. For some reason I keep getting disconnected from the site these passed few days. I messaged someone while having my issue and they said it kept saying I was disconnecting. If i am having a convo with someone I can still see our chat so it doesn't reload my screen but screenshot is what happens when I get disconnected. Would like to figure out what going on

Looks like a bad connection. It could be a number of issues here and we cannot help without more information. Is it on mobile or desktop/laptop? If it is the latter it could be your device, router, modem, or your internet provider. Too many variables to narrow down

Its happening to me too. Every 10 to 15 seconds chat keeps refreshing itself. I can't post with in chat or PMs because of the constant refreshing.

Try different browsers, devices, connections, etc. Website is functioning properly and users are logging on in record numbers.
