Just done 20 minutes in the swim spa now relaxing with a drink looking out across the bay.

I get that fear...... not as much as I fear needles..... Needed 3 fillings once..... worst fears realised.Laying in bed, not wanting to get up because i've a dentist appointment in just over an hour
