Game What are you doing right now?

Now that’s worrying, And running whole day will probably not be good for you. 20min is what they say min and a part of that time in a tempo that you prefer not to talk during.
Really pushed myself. Aimed for 5 miles and did 10k. That’s a lot for me I haven’t run that far in 4 years or so. Not sure if it’s helped the mental state but at least I’ve accomplished something
