Aww thank you. Yeah I was having a moment of not breathing so well but it helped me so no worries here though.

That's kind of a big deal, so I'm glad you found relief, Nessa.

I don't think I truly appreciated easy effortless breathing till this COVID-19 ordeal came down on us. Now, I'm thankful and grateful for damn near EVERYTHING! The silver-lining...I suppose. (I've had a few scares with family asthma and other weird childhood ailments many moons ago, so I know it can be worrisome and very serious.)

Breathing easily is a privilege. Now, I'm self reflecting. Don't mind me lol x
